By accessing and using the RAMS INFOTECH website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

RAMS INFOTECH provides computer training and educational services including but not limited to:

• MS Office Suite training
• Programming courses (Python, Web Development)
• Data Science training
• Tally ERP training
• Other computer-related courses

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in full before the course begins
• Attend classes regularly and complete assigned work
• Follow our code of conduct and classroom policies
• Respect the learning environment and other students

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended
• 50% refund within 14 days if less than 25% of the course has been completed
• No refunds after 14 days or if more than 25% of the course has been completed
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of RAMS INFOTECH and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

RAMS INFOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
